Monarch Watch is the group responsible for tagging – creating, mailing, recovering tags, etc.

This website from the UNC School of Education has a fantastic 5 day lesson plan and a sidebar full of books and resources. Aimed at grade 2 learners. Subjects covered: English Language Development, Science, and Social Studies

KidsZone has a unit study for grade 1 and under. Cut apart puzzles, coloring pages, lesson given on the webpage and coloring worksheet.

Journey North has videos, lessons, printable booklets and worksheets for grades 1 – 4 and beyond, reading and writing suggestions.

E-books:

CurrClick has a Marvelous Migration Unit Study, which is about migration in general. It has a grade K – 8 unit on Monarchs. The other migrations mentioned are whales, bats, and birds.
